MODULE 12: Asset Management & Maintenance Planning (Auckland)

This module takes a look at these two related areas from the perspective of a Building Surveyor. Attendees will be introduced to the policies and strategic directions which can be taken in the management of assets and the involvement of
various players within the hierarchical structure of an organisation.

It will also look at the various factors and standards which guide the decisions made for these processes and considerations for maintaining asset portfolios, including the different types of maintenance and the varying approaches depending on strategic policy decisions.
